• Avoid slamming weights; lower them to the ground gently.
• Do not remove equipment from the Gymzone – surveillance cameras are active.
• Dress Appropriately
  Wear proper workout attire, including covered shoes. No sandals or inappropriate clothing.
• No Eating in the Zone
• Only bottled water is allowed inside the facility.
• Keep the Space Clean
• Dispose of trash properly and avoid leaving personal belongings behind.

GYMZONE RULES

• Capacity Guidelines
  When booking, indicate whether your session is solo or includes guests. The entire Gymzone is exclusively yours during the reserved time.
  The number of guests must not exceed the limit for the Zone.
  
  
• Respect Booking Times
  Begin and end your session punctually to ensure the next member has timely access.
  If you forget something in the Zone, your app grants a 5-minute post-session access window to retrieve belongings.
  
  
• Check Your Belongings
  Ensure all personal items (phones, wallets, headphones, etc.) are collected after your session. Gymzone is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.
  
  
• Session Cancellations or Changes
  Gymzone is not liable for incidents leading to missed sessions or errors in booking, including:
  - Incorrect booking time or location.
  - Forgetting or choosing not to attend a session.
  - Last-minute conflicts within the 2-hour rescheduling window.
  - Oversleeping or arriving late.
  
  
• Maintain Security and Respect
  Tampering with Gymzone security systems, such as CCTV or door locks, is strictly prohibited.
  Harassment, verbal or physical abuse, and inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
  Ensure the Zone remains sanitary and organized after your session.
• Zero Tolerance for Misconduct
  Any of the following actions may result in immediate suspension or legal consequences:
  - Damage or theft of property.
  - Exceeding the allowed number of guests.
  - Overstaying your reserved session.
  - Engaging in behavior that compromises security or disrupts the Gymzone environment.

PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION OF RULES OR MISCONDUCT

At Gymzone, we are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all members. To maintain the integrity of our facilities and community, we enforce strict penalties for rule violations or misconduct. Gymzone reserves the right to impose penalties ranging from temporary suspensions to lifetime bans, depending on the severity and frequency of the offense. Our facilities are regularly monitored via surveillance to ensure compliance with our policies.

Penalty Structure

• First Offense
  Penalty: Temporary suspension of your account for 2 weeks.
  Impact: Any pre-booked sessions during the suspension period may be rescheduled to a later date.
• Second Offense
  Penalty: Temporary suspension of your account for 2 weeks.
  Impact: Any pre-booked sessions during this period will be forfeited without refund.
• Third Offense
  Penalty: Lifetime ban from accessing Gymzone facilities and services.

We adopt a zero-tolerance policy for any behavior that violates our rules or disrupts the Gymzone community. These measures ensure fairness and uphold the quality of our services for everyone.
